CTA Construction Managers announced the successful completion of the exterior building envelope for the new Green Meadow Elementary School, marking a significant milestone in the project’s progression toward delivery for the Town of Maynard.
The completion of the exterior envelope—encompassing roofing systems, wall assemblies, windows, air and vapor barriers, and waterproofing—represents a critical phase in the construction process. With the building now fully enclosed, interior work can proceed in a controlled environment, ensuring schedule reliability and quality execution as the project advances toward completion.
Designed to meet the evolving needs of modern educational environments, the new Green Meadow Elementary School emphasizes durability, energy efficiency, and long-term performance. Colliers Project Leaders is serving as the Owner’s Project Management firm for the Town of Maynard.
