MIDDLETOWN, Conn., Jan. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Charles IT, a leading provider of IT, cybersecurity, and managed compliance services for highly regulated organizations, today announced the acquisition of MERIT 2.0 ("MERIT"), positioning the combined company to serve compliance-focused businesses across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
