BEIJING, Sept. 11, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On September 10, the Chengde Tourism and Culture Broadcasting Bureau held an inbound tourism promotion event at the 2026 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) in Beijing. This event precisely catered to the differentiated travel needs of overseas visitors by launching four premium inbound tourism routes: Imperial History Discovery, Great Wall Hiking Experience, Ice, Snow & Hot Spring Wellness Tour, and Eco-Cultural Study Tour. These routes cover four mainstream inbound tourism scenarios: cultural exploration, outdoor adventure, wellness vacation, and study experience.

The Imperial History Discovery route connects the Mountain Resort, the Eight Outlying Temples, Chengde Museum, Jinshanling Great Wall, and the live-action show Kangxi Ceremony . It deeply explores the historical and cultural core, allowing overseas visitors to immerse themselves in the unique heritage of Chinese imperial gardens and ancient architectural culture.

The Great Wall Hiking Experience route draws on the premium outdoor resources of Jinshanling Great Wall and integrates Great Wall hiking, visits to folk villages at the foot of the Wall, and a Mandarin experience at Luanping Chinese Medicine Flower Town, creating an international leisure hiking cultural tourism product.
