Based in Naples, Crnkovich will focus on industrial, commercial, land, and development-related opportunities throughout the region.

Crnkovich brings decades of experience across construction management, project execution, development planning, brokerage, and investment strategy. Before entering brokerage, he spent more than 25 years in commercial and industrial construction, managing complex projects for developers, REITs, and construction services firms. His background includes ground-up development, adaptive reuse, large-scale rehabilitation, design-build delivery, tenant improvements, site development, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project execution.

Since transitioning to commercial real estate brokerage in 2002, Crnkovich has advised clients on land acquisition, redevelopment, land-use strategy, brownfield development, tenant and landlord representation, site feasibility, sale-leasebacks, and income-producing properties. In 2008, he founded Chiron Associates, Ltd., where he served as Managing Broker and Principal, advising clients throughout the greater Chicago region and Indiana submarkets. Crnkovich is licensed in Florida, Illinois, and Indiana.
