Free Enterprise Express National Opportunity Tour to stop at 103 Deli & Grocery, joined by Multicultural Business Coalition

NEW YORK, Sept. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- On Tuesday, September 22, the U.S. Chamber's Opportunity Tour – a national bus tour promoting free enterprise – will stop in East Harlem for a media availability outside 103 Deli & Grocery (Perfect Deli), where U.S. Chamber Executive Vice President and Chief Policy Officer Neil Bradley will be joined by owner Pharsu Ram Panthi and Mark Jaffe of the Multicultural Business Coalition to speak about the threat that city-owned grocery stores pose to small businesses.

The Opportunity Tour is a part of the U.S. Chamber's New Fight for Free Enterprise initiative, a multi-year strategic effort to defend, protect, and promote free enterprise.

For six weeks, the Free Enterprise Express bus will visit businesses whose ideas, products, and services help make communities stronger, more vibrant, and uniquely their own. The bus will travel to key states to drive the debate about what it takes for people, businesses, and communities to thrive. It is planned in partnership with state and local chamber members.
