The French-inspired café-bakery brand brings curated Burgundy wines and a new shareable experience in six Texas locations
Dallas, TX (RestaurantNews.com) la Madeleine is leaning into new occasions for guests to come together and connect with the piloting of a Parisian Charcuterie Board alongside a new partnership with elevated wine house Louis Jadot, one of the most recognized and top-selling French wine brands in the U.S.
Now testing across six Texas cafés, the Charcuterie Board features a curated assortment of delicate prosciutto, folded salami, brie, goat cheese, Swiss, cheddar, fresh grapes, candied pecans and sweet blackberry jam. Served with baguette crostini, the shareable spread is designed for easy conversation and connection – from casual catchups in the afternoon to unwinding at the café after a long day with small or large groups.
The board pairs naturally with la Madeleine’s two new wines from Burgundy, France, available by the glass, split (half-bottle) or full bottle:
- Louis Jadot Beaujolais-Villages – A bright, smooth, light-bodied red with vibrant red berry notes and soft tannins, traditionally paired with charcuterie and lighter fare.
- Louis Jadot Mâcon-Villages Chardonnay – A crisp, refreshing Chardonnay with green apple and citrus notes, subtle minerality and a clean finish that pairs beautifully with creamy cheeses and fresh accompaniments.
“At la Madeleine, our cafés are designed to be places where people can come together throughout the day – whether it’s sharing a charcuterie, enjoying a meal with friends or catching up over a glass of wine,” said John Dillon, CEO and president. “With this new board and Maison Louis Jadot partnership, we’re bringing another timeless ritual of connection to our cafés in an approachable way. It’s a natural evolution of our culinary story and another way we invite guests to gather, linger and savor the moment in a warm, welcoming setting.”
The board and wines create a balanced tasting experience, highlighting savory, sweet and fresh flavors in every bite and sip. The partnership with Louis Jadot also reflects la Madeleine’s ongoing commitment to high-quality wines, further enhancing the café experience and giving guests more ways to come together and enjoy each moment.
The Parisian Charcuterie Board and Louis Jadot wine offerings are available at participating Texas cafés in Champions, West Grand, Frisco, Camp Bowie, Flower Mound and Plano, while supplies last. For more information, visit laMadeleine.com.
